Use CUIMC Email and Office 365 with Duo

Duo must be used when signing in to CUIMC email and Office 365 Apps from off campus. If you have already enrolled for CUIMC Multifactor Authentication (MFA) you will sign in to the Office 365 app or portal as usual, then select your preferred MFA method (see an example here). If not, you will be prompted to enroll as you sign in after the Duo requirement begins.

Instructions on this page step you through using the available MFA methods with Office 365 apps and portals, including signing in to your CUIMC email. Note that it is only required when off campus (not connected to CUIMC campus wired, wireless, or VPN).

You must have already set up your smartphone or tablet with Duo for CUIMC.

  1. Open the Microsoft 365 app or portal you want to use, such as Outlook on your computer or mobile device or Web Outlook.
